Customer bring the truck for no start issue, previous techs used autometer and found no.
Turn it back on and see if it will start.

After playing with the shifter mode button i was able to get it to register it.
Turn the main master switch off (on the floor near the drivers seat) and wait 30 seconds or so.
After a few seconds they both go away.

I understand that youre experiencing an issue with your freightliner cascadia 2019 where the starter is blocked and its shifting to neutral, and the truck.
Webthis could mean that the transmission is either mechanically stuck in gear or this could be an electrical related issue with the transmission control module sending out the wrong.
