Weban official with the oakland county sheriff’s office identified the suspect as michael william nash, 42.

Webthe sheriff said the gunman, identified as michael william nash, 42, from shelby township, had two handguns at the scene and left one behind.

He was later found dead in a nearby home, the police said.
