I can choose either fun, mostly useless classes or more rigorous slightly less fun but probably beneficial classes.
I know mds, dvms, phds, mss, as well as leaders in biotech who all had biology undergrad degrees.
You might be able to enter a field with just a bio degree like i did.

Weba basic science bs (which is typically the study of nature and animals, insects and such) does not give enough education on things that are important to other sciences.

I got a bs in biology and an almost perfect gpa.
