Xre 00250 Xfinity - maint
I’ve called comcast 3 times and if you know what calling comcast is like it’s not good.

If the box had been working then perhaps a code was.
While you work through a resolution you can try to reactivate the box by going to xfinity. com/activate.

Comcast needs to get rid of the 800.
